Our Returns Policy

We want you to love your Glow Sculpt Brush. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

How to request a return

Email us at contact@glowsculpt.fit with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
